AustCham India (Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce) is pleased to announce Beyond Business – Australia Active in India, a new Chamber initiative centred on employee wellness, engagement and community participation, across three cities this November.
From boardrooms to finish lines, this initiative brings together employees from Australian and Indian organisations to step out, get active, and build camaraderie beyond the workplace — while championing an inclusive, community-first spirit of sport.
Bengaluru | 14–15 November 2026
Chennai | 21–22 November 2026
Mumbai | 28–29 November 2026
Each leg will feature a walkathon and marathon, along with an inclusive walk open to differently abled participants.
Beyond Business offers a structured platform for employees at all levels to take part in organised sporting activity — encouraging fitness, team-building and cross-level camaraderie. The accompanying inclusive walk gives organisations a meaningful way to support differently abled participation in sport, advancing diversity and inclusion commitments for the year. Participants across all three cities will be recognised through awards, prizes and gifts.
This initiative builds on the long-standing role of sport in strengthening the Australia-India relationship, complementing the Chamber’s traditional trade and commercial engagement.
Organisations may nominate participants city-wise across Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai. Prior registration is mandatory.
